O forno original desta cidade japonesa \u00e9 um dos Seis Fornos Antigos do Jap\u00e3o, juntamente com Shigaraki, Tamba, Echizen, Seto e Tokoname, e \u00e9 famoso pelas suas tradi\u00e7\u00f5es que sobreviveram at\u00e9 aos dias de hoje. Cr\u00ea-se que a cer\u00e2mica Bizen come\u00e7ou a definir-se durante o per\u00edodo Heian, inicialmente com a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de tigelas e telhas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ao longo dos s\u00e9culos, especialmente durante os per\u00edodos Kamakura e Muromachi, a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do barro hiyose desenvolveu-se, dando origem aos tons avermelhados caracter\u00edsticos do Bizen-yaki. No per\u00edodo Azuchi-Momoyama, o Bizen-yaki foi preferido por importantes figuras hist\u00f3ricas e tornou-se uma escolha favorita para a cerim\u00f3nia do ch\u00e1 devido \u00e0 sua simplicidade que complementa o esp\u00edrito do wabi-sabi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-705a93fd\"><h2 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Processo de produ\u00e7\u00e3o do bize-yaki<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>O processo de cozedura da Bizen inclui t\u00e9cnicas e estilos visuais distintos, tais como &#8220;Goma&#8221;, em que as cinzas de carv\u00e3o se fundem com o calor para formar um esmalte natural; Sangiri, que resulta do facto de se enterrar parcialmente o recipiente na areia dentro do forno; e Hidasuki, que produz linhas escarlates a partir da palha de arroz enrolada \u00e0 volta da pe\u00e7a antes da cozedura.
