These pieces, both stone and ceramic, are characterized by their detailed workmanship, often reflecting both feminine and masculine attributes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Although their exact purpose is uncertain, they are commonly interpreted as fertility figures, found mainly near domestic areas.
